This is why I have created my online classes, these classes can be done at any time of the day. However, it's always more motivating when you know I am working alongside you at the exact same time. Therefore, I have created my online classes to be LIVE STREAMED from my studio to yours. Whether it's on a mobile device, tablet, or laptop you can stream me from all over the world 24/7 hours of the day.
