Mumma Fit!

A 45 minute Mum & Baby class designed to allow other people to workout with their babies in a safe, fun and happy environment, socialise, meet other mums and spend time with their babies. This class is located in our private studio in Steeple Ashton, Trowbridge.

Step Up with Jem!

Step Up with Jem is a dance fitness class using only our bodies and a step to create a high impact workout located in our private studio in Steeple Ashton, Trowbridge.

Online Training

Join in with a wide variety of online streaming classes, where you can get the personal fitness session experience from your own home with Jem! We also have nutrition plans and gym packages which you can purchase too!
